The real problem

Most growing businesses have the same three security problems.

Not exotic hackers. Ownership, recovery and proof. We fix all three for a fixed monthly fee, starting with a paid three-week check so you know exactly what you are buying.

01

Nobody owns security day to day

Tools were bought over the years, alerts pile up, and when something looks wrong at 10am nobody is sure who acts.

What we do: Named owners for every alert and every action, with a monthly report that shows what was done.
02

Backups have never been tested

The dashboard says ‘success’. Nobody has restored anything, and the recovery plan lives in one person's head.

What we do: An agreed recovery order and a real restore test, so you know how long it actually takes.
03

Security questionnaires slow down deals

Every customer review starts from a blank page. Evidence is scattered and the audit date keeps getting closer.

What we do: A maintained evidence index and a reusable answer bank, so reviews take days, not weeks.
Services

Eight services, each built around a problem you already have

Every service starts with what businesses like yours tell us, then what we do and what you receive. Prices are starting points for up to 50 staff; we confirm scope in writing before quoting.

Managed security operations, explained

What happens when an alert fires at 10am on a Tuesday

Most businesses have the tools. What they lack is a person who owns the alert. Here is the path every in-scope alert follows with CyberTusk.

01

Signal

Defender, Microsoft 365 or your firewall raises an alert.

02

Acknowledge

A named person picks it up within the agreed target: one hour for P1.

03

Investigate

Sign-ins, devices and mailbox rules are checked to confirm what is real.

04

Contain

Pre-agreed actions: disable an account, isolate a device, block a sender.

05

Report

Your contact is updated; it goes in the incident register and monthly report.

How it works

One clear path from “are we OK?” to “here’s the evidence”.

You can stop after any step. Each one stands on its own and ends with something you keep.

Step 1 · 3 weeks

Assess

A fixed-fee Health Check finds what could realistically hurt the business and ranks it.

Step 2 · Project

Improve

Approved fixes become a separately priced project with clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.

Step 3 · Monthly

Operate

Named people run the agreed routine: posture checks, alert triage, scans, restore tests.

Step 4 · Ongoing

Demonstrate

Evidence and decisions are kept current, ready for your board, auditors and customers.

Monthly plans

Ongoing cover with named people and defined hours

After the Health Check, most businesses move onto one of three plans. Each covers one company, one Microsoft 365 tenant and up to 50 staff and devices.

Protect + Trust

“We sell to overseas or enterprise clients. Security questionnaires are holding up deals.”

LKR 250,000 / month
1 entity · 1 M365 tenant · up to 50 users
  • Everything in Managed Protect
  • One customer questionnaire per month (up to 50 questions)
  • Monthly risk and evidence review
  • Quarterly management review meeting
Discuss Protect + Trust

Plans start after a Health Check (or an equivalent recent assessment we have reviewed). One-time onboarding — access, telemetry, contacts, workflow tests and your starting report — is quoted separately. Software licences, log and backup storage, 24/7 monitoring, external audit fees and legal advice are never hidden inside a plan. Larger teams are priced on the extra work involved. Annual agreement, monthly billing, 30 days' notice.

Reporting

No unexplained “security score”.

Every line in your monthly report is a business question with a number you can check, and it ends with the decisions we need from you.

Are important accounts protected?Admin accounts with MFA enforced, with any exception named and dated.
Can we see every device?Protected devices reporting in, against the devices you own.
Are known problems closing?High-priority actions past due, each with a recorded decision.
Are alerts handled promptly?Acknowledgement times against the agreed target.

Illustrative data only. This is a reporting example, not a client result.

Standards we work to

Recognised frameworks, explained in plain language

We use established frameworks to organise the work. We prepare you; independent bodies certify. We will never promise a guaranteed audit result.

Why CyberTusk

A shared security function, not another vendor

We act as the security and governance team for businesses with a lean IT function, connecting practical fixes to routines and evidence management can use.

vs. general IT support

We own security, not the helpdesk

We work alongside your IT provider and take named security responsibilities: who patches, who owns backups, who approves changes is written down.

vs. one-off consultancy

The routine keeps running

A report on a shelf fades fast. We keep the controls, evidence and decisions current every month.

vs. large MSSPs

Scope you can actually see

Named people, defined hours, published starting prices and a report that shows exactly what was covered.

vs. tools alone

People who make tools work

Defender, firewalls and backups only help when someone reviews, tunes and tests them. That is our job.

Founders

Three founders. Clear accountability.

Every engagement has a named technical, operations and client owner, with backups for each.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us first

Do you replace our IT provider?
No. We work alongside them. Together we write down who patches systems, supports users, owns backups and approves changes. We don't do general helpdesk or routine patching, so there's no overlap to pay for twice.
Is the Health Check free?
The first 20-minute conversation is free. The Health Check itself is a paid, fixed-fee assessment because it involves real interviews, sampling and analysis, and it produces a report you keep. Half the fee is credited against your first project, and you are free to have someone else implement it.
Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?
Our own team covers 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, Sri Lanka time, and we tell you exactly what happens to an alert that arrives overnight. Round-the-clock coverage is available through a contracted, tested partner and quoted separately.
Can you get us ISO 27001 certified?
We prepare you: risk register, policies, control owners and evidence. Certification itself is carried out by an independent certification body, and SOC 2 reports are issued by qualified CPA firms. Nobody honest can guarantee the result.
What does "from LKR" mean on your prices?
They are starting points for a business with up to 50 staff, excluding tax, software licences and third-party fees. We confirm scope in writing before any work begins, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Will you ask for our passwords?
Never by email, chat or web form. Access is set up through named, least-privilege accounts with MFA that you approve and can revoke at any time.
What happens after I get in touch?
We reply within one business day to book a 20-minute call with you and, ideally, your IT owner. If it is a fit, you receive a one-page proposal within two working days.
